The short version: When you request a pest control quote on FindAPestGuy.com, we share your contact information with one or more NJ DEP licensed pest control professionals in our partner network so they can reach out to you. We don't sell your data to advertisers. We don't share your information with anyone outside our partner network. You can ask us to delete your information any time by emailing findapestguy@gmail.com.

1. Who we are

FindAPestGuy.com ("we," "us," or "our") is a marketing and matching platform headquartered in Verona, New Jersey. We connect homeowners with NJ DEP licensed pest control professionals. We are not a pest control company and do not perform extermination services ourselves.

Match you with a NJ DEP licensed pest control professional in our partner network. This is the primary purpose for which you've shared your information.
Communicate with you about your quote request, including follow-up emails to make sure your matched pro reached out.

4. Who we share your information with

Our partner network

When you submit a quote request, we forward your contact information to one or more NJ DEP licensed pest control professionals in our partner network so they can contact you to schedule a free inspection. By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer.

Each partner in our network has agreed to use your information only to respond to your quote request and to comply with applicable privacy laws. We require partners to delete your information if you no longer want to be contacted.

Service providers

We use third-party services to operate the website. These providers may process your information on our behalf:

Netlify — website hosting and form submission processing
Google — search analytics (via Google Search Console)
Email forwarding services (such as ImprovMX or similar) — to deliver emails to our team

What we will NOT do

We will not:
